X -Excite a new formulation of an existing sexual enhancement drug, designed to rapidly enter the blood system, maximizing its efficacy and performance.
Developed to work sublingually (under the tongue) it offers fewer side effects and the rapid mode of action .
Global Health Ventures Inc. (OTCBB:GHLV), has engaged Clinical Investigations Ltd. of the United Kingdom to design and carry out the human clinical trials.
“We are very pleased that our product, X-Excite is now entering human clinical trials, a significant milestone in the development and progression of this drug” said Dr. Hassan Salari, Global Health President and CEO.
“We now can move aggressively forward towards regulatory approval and eventual marketing of our drug, X-Excite,” he said.
The study is designed to compare three doses of X-Excite with the current oral formulation of sildenafil citrate (Viagra®) in a randomized open labeled study. It will be conducted in Europe under the European Regulatory Guidelines (EMEA).
The study assess Pharmacokinetics, bioavailability, and the efficacy of X-Excite in comparison with the existing Viagra® tablets.
These trials which will be conducted in patients with erectile dysfunction shall set up the basis for a larger and more comprehensive trial in North America under the FDA guidelines.
