What should you wear to bed when you are wanting a little … er well you know.
Before you answer nothing, let rephrase that.
“What is the style of your nightwear?” asked Lynn Champion and Judy Scott-Kemmis in their book “The Colour of Sex.” “What colour’s do you feel best in?”
Even if your colour blind, different frequencies affect your mood, they claim.
So what do your PJ’s say about you?
Women
Do you prefer short and Sexy Pyjama’s?
You probably need to feel secure in a relationship, as you did as a child.
You want a partner who is strong and protective.
Are you the sexy, mysterious black lace type?
You are in control and ready to seduce your man into a web of love and sensuality by wearing black suspender belt and black stockings before bed. At other times you prefer a black nightgown.
You also love to be seduced in a dramatic way.
Are you the fashion conscious type who must wear the best and latest styles of nightwear?
You are ambitious, strong willed and determined with a lot of energy. This will be reflected in the bedroom.
Do you like long silk or satin nightgowns in white or pastel?
You are a tactile and sensitive person who loves to be appreciated. You enjoy thoughtful and romantic foreplay.
So you adore pretty, floral somewhat sheer nightgowns?
You want a loving, sensual relationship, with tender caresses and lots of cuddling.

What about the men?
Do you wear both pajama tops and bottoms?
You are conventional, practical and down to earth. You know what you like but are probably not the spontaneous type.
Do you wear only pajama bottoms (short or long legged)?
You are more and sensual but still practical.

You like your freedom – or you have children and would prefer nothing but just in case they hop into bed you feel necessary to be careful. Perhaps you feel you need to protect your most precious asset.
Nothing
You are confident, competitive and very sexual.
Avoid pastels, and while blue is a relaxing colour good for sleeping it is not for seduction.
Choose strong colours like burgundy, red, black, navy or deep green but avoid brown if you hope to turn her on.
Even medium colour are moresexual than pastels, state Champion and Scott-Kemmis.
A final point. Socks, track suits or head coverings are not a turn onn.
If you get cold feet try a water bottle.
“Or have a warm bath or shower before bed” they said
“ Not every night is for romance and sex but having a loving and approachable body next to yours does wonders for companionship.”
